Dr. R. Connor Wann

Dr. R. Connor Wann is board-certified in ophthalmology. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of science, then continued to the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine for medical school. After completing his internal medicine internship and his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he continued on to his Vitreo-Retinal Surgery Fellowship with the Retina Consultants of Alabama/University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his last year of residency, he was selected by faculty and peers to serve as Chief Resident. He is licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina, and he is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retinal Specialists. Outside of medicine, Dr. Wann enjoys running, playing guitar and spending time with his wife, Taylor and son, Ollie.
